On November 19, 2025, Chinese time, a delegation of leaders from the Women's Federation of the Canal Street in Hangzhou City visited our company to conduct an on-site inspection and provide work guidance on the operation of the "Common Prosperity Workshop" project. Both sides held a special exchange on deepening the collaboration between the government and enterprises and promoting high-quality community employment.

During the inspection, the leaders of the Women's Federation listened in detail to the operation mechanism of the workshop in aspects such as the production of everlasting flowers and the processing of paper packaging, and focused on understanding the implementation effect of the project in providing flexible employment opportunities for middle-aged and elderly residents in the community through the "raw material processing + handcrafting" model. The leaders highly affirmed the sustainable operation system of the workshop, which is characterized by "Party building leadership, enterprise empowerment, and resident benefit", emphasizing its exemplary value in promoting nearby employment and increasing residents' income. They also gave positive evaluations to the innovative practices of the project in increasing farmers' income and community governance.

Both sides reached a consensus on optimizing flexible employment support policies and strengthening the bridging role of the Women's Federation. Our company systematically expounded the development path of the project, which relies on global supply chain resources to benefit the local community, and reaffirmed that the "Common Prosperity Workshop" is the core carrier for the enterprise to fulfill its social responsibilities and practice the concept of common prosperity. The Women's Federation of the Canal Street stated that it will actively promote the replication and promotion of the project's experience in the communities under its jurisdiction, and build a more efficient and replicable model of collaborative common prosperity among the government, enterprises, and communities.

This inspection further strengthened the collaborative mechanism between the enterprise and the street. We will continue to improve the operation standards of the workshop, deepen the regular cooperation with the Women's Federation, and contribute to the realization of the regional common prosperity goal through high-quality project practices.
