On January 10, 2026, Hangzhou Meidu Paper Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd.

held its 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Strategic Planning meeting grandly.

The meeting, centered on "data-driven, strategy-led, team-enabled",

comprehensively reviewed the business achievements in 2025, accurately

diagnosed the development bottlenecks, and systematically deployed the

strategic goals for 2026. All employees gathered together to draw a new

blueprint for development.

The host kicked off the

annual meeting with an

enthusiastic opening

remarks. The attendees

listened to two rounds of annual work reports together. The Operations Department, Business department, design department and administration

department shared their 2025 work achievements and experiences in turn,

demonstrating the remarkable achievements each department has made in

business expansion, product innovation, team building and other aspects.

The presentation was detailed and accurate, fully demonstrating the

professional competence and enthusiasm of the company's team.

Interaction and laughter: The game session ignited the atmosphere on

site

During the annual meeting, several rounds of fun games were

interspersed to bring the atmosphere to a climax. "You Draw, I guess" games

tested teamwork and creative expression, with participants

enthusiastically joining in and laughter filling the venue. The subsequent

"Number Grab" and "Pass every Seven" games brought the atmosphere to a

climax, and the employees deepened their understanding of each other and

enhanced team cohesion in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

The most exciting part of

the annual meeting is the

awarding ceremony. The

company presented three

outstanding employees with

the "Anniversary Contribution Pioneer Award", "Difficult Problem Solving Pioneer Award", and "Best

Newcomer Award". The winners were respectively outstanding in terms of

contribution during the first year of employment, problem-solving ability,

and quick integration into the team, and their deeds inspire every employee

to continue to strive in the New Year.

2. Business achievements: Data testifies to growth, and the track layout shows

initial results

In 2025, with digital transformation as the engine, the company

achieved multi-dimensional business breakthroughs: Platform traffic and

conversion significantly improved: Exposure on Alibaba International

Station increased by 50% year-on-year, visits nearly doubled, business

opportunities increased by 150% (average business opportunities remained

stable at 200-300 per month in the second half of the year);

Made-in-china.com saw a 60% increase in exposure, a 100% increase in visits

and a 115% increase in inquiries. There were over 8,900 online business

opportunities throughout the year (nearly 4,500 from Alibaba and over

1,400 from Made-in-China), and 171 deals were made, with conversion rates

of 4% and 2% respectively.

Three core business tracks are accelerating their formation:

Packaging and printing: The number of main products has expanded from

10 to 20, and precise traffic diversion is achieved through category word purchase and product iteration mechanisms; The professionalism of the

store's homepage and structure has been significantly enhanced.

Everlasting Flower: The offline physical store "Xipai" has completed

decoration and display, positioned as an experience space for everlasting

flower and gift decoration, and will collaborate with Xiaohongshu, Douyin

and Meituan for localized traffic diversion in 2026.

Outdoor products: Market

research and platform construction

will be initiated in the second half

of 2025. The first order

breakthrough will be achieved in

September, with a total transaction

volume of 90,000 yuan throughout the year. The target customer groups cover

diverse scenarios such as families, engineering contractors, and cultural

tourism projects.

Multi-dimensional channel synergy: Achieve full-chain coverage

through Alibaba International Station, offline "Xipai" stores and social

media matrix, injecting continuous impetus into business growth.

3. 2026 Strategy: Clear goals, precise paths, shared responsibility by allBased on the 2025 results and

problem diagnosis, the meeting

established the core goals and

implementation paths for 2026:

Core strategy: Build a

multi-dimensional collaborative

system with "data as the starting

point, product as the support, marketing as the handle, team as the core,

supply chain as the backing" :

Traffic structure optimization: Build a four-dimensional engine of

"free traffic (stabilizer) + paid traffic (accelerator) +RQ demand market

(focus) + social media lead generation (mindtype)" to reduce customer

acquisition costs and improve conversion quality.

Customer stratification management: Implement Class A (high intent),

Class B (nurturing), and Class C (low intent) stratification strategies,

and establish standardized conversion Sops (demand confirmation →

solution matching → PI quotation → objection handling → closing

loop).

Supply chain upgrade: Establish a supplier information database for

each core product to enhance price transparency and bargaining power, and

support large orders and non-standard customization.

Key execution nodes: Focus on March preparation period, April "Made in China Overseas Season", August Golden Autumn Fair, September

International Station Sourcing Festival (similar to Double Eleven),

December year-end Sourcing fair, and strengthen brand penetration through

holiday marketing.
