construction and

operation of the "Jingkey Common Prosperity Workshop". The

leaders of Xingqiao Sub-district accompanied the entire visit. The person in charge of the company systematically introduced

the innovative practice of the workshop and the actual effect

of increasing residents' income following the research route

of "exhibition hall first, then workshop". Minister Zhou

focused on inspecting the production line of paper packaging

products and gained an in-depth understanding of the

improvement of residents' skills and income growth.

At the first stop of the research, Minister Zhou Hongfeng

listened to Secretary Shen Guofei's report in the company's

exhibition hall. Based on the data sand table and display boards,

Secretary Shen clearly explained the operation logic of the

workshop as "Party building + workshop + industry" :

Core product focus: The workshop currently takes paper

packaging products (such as gift boxes, custom wrapping paper)

as its pillar, and simultaneously promotes the production of

basic products such as mutual inductance coils, with products

covering 23 provinces in China and international markets such

as Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States;

Innovation in operation mechanism: Build a closed loop of

"training - production - sales" through three sections: "Jing Service" (skills training), "Jing Public Welfare" (community

linkage), and "Jing Fund" (public welfare investment);

Outstanding benefits for the people: A total of 5 sessions

of skills training have been conducted, benefiting 85 people

from low-income groups. The product compliance rate is 98%. The

average annual income per person has steadily increased to

25,000 yuan, and the total salary paid has exceeded 1 million

yuan.

gluing, binding and packing gift boxes, presenting a vivid practice of "skill improvement equals income increase" on the

Production Focus: Minister Zhou stops to watch workers make

custom gift packaging and asks, "How long is the training

period?" "How is income guaranteed?" "The workshop offers a

'3-month skills training + order guarantee' model for residents,

and paper packaging is the main product, accounting for more

than 75% of the workshop's total output," said the company's

director.

The average annual income of workshop members rose from

18,000 yuan in 2022 to 25,000 yuan, and the coverage rate of

low-income families exceeded 90%.

Minister Zhou highly praised the effectiveness of the

research: "First see the exhibition hall to know the model, then

enter the workshop to see the effect. The workshop turns the

monetization of skills and income growth at their 'doorstep'."

Minister Zhou Hongfeng deployed three key tasks on the spot:

Skill improvement: Add a new paper packaging production line

and increase the annual training capacity to 120 person-times;

Market expansion: Collaborate with cross-border e-commerce to

expand orders for high-end gift packaging, aiming to cover the

high-end markets in Europe and the United States;

All-domain linkage: Establish a "workshop + community" alliance to drive the common development of five surrounding

villages and communities.

Company leaders stated that they will resolutely implement

Minister Zhou's instructions, with paper packaging as the core

carrier, and continue to polish the "Jingkeykey" common

prosperity brand. At present, the Jingkey Common Prosperity

Workshop has been included in the Linping District Common

Prosperity Workshop Demonstration Point Cultivation Plan. In

the next step, through the "one workshop, one product; one

village, one industry" model, more people will be able to
