The Party building leadership unites forces for common prosperity Workshop writes a new chapter

-- Minister Yang of the Organization Department visited the company to  investigate and guide the construction of the Common Prosperity Workshop

On the morning of November 26, 2025, Minister Yang of the Organization  Department of the District Committee and his team visited the company to conduct  on-site research and guidance on the construction of the "Jingkeykey Common  Prosperity Workshop". Hu, the Party Secretary of the sub-district, accompanied the  visit. The person in charge of the company gave a detailed account of the operation  mode and achievements of the workshop. 

In the company's exhibition hall, Minister Yang and his team listened carefully to the  special report on the "Jingkey Common Prosperity Workshop" given by Secretary Hu  of the Party Working Committee of the sub-district. "Based on Party building  leadership and relying on the advantageous resources of Hangzhou Saimeihui Import  and Export Co., LTD., our sub-district has created the 'Jingkeykey Common Prosperity  Workshop' and promoted common prosperity from 'bonsai' to 'scenery' through the  'Party building + workshop + industry' model," Hu said. 

Since its launch in October 2022, the Jingkeykey Common Prosperity Workshop has  conducted five sessions of skills training, benefiting 85 people from low-income  groups, cultivating six skills leaders, and achieving a 98% product compliance rate.  The workshop focuses on special products such as gift packaging and eternal flowers.  Through the "online + offline" dual-track sales model, the products are sold to 23  provinces in China and international markets such as Southeast Asia, Italy and the  United States, achieving an average annual income of 25,000 yuan per person and a  cumulative salary of over 1 million yuan.

Minister Yang highly praised the achievements of the company's common prosperity  workshop construction: "Saimeihui Company, based on the original intention of  'common prosperity', innovatively created the 'Jingkeykey' brand, transformed the  advantages of Party building into development advantages, and made 'fingertip  skills' truly become' the key to common prosperity '." He stressed the need to  continue to deepen the common prosperity model of "Party building leading,  workshop carrying, industry supporting, and people benefiting", and to push the  common prosperity workshop to leap from "single-point breakthrough" to "all-round  common prosperity".

During the visit to the product display area of the workshop, Minister Yang learned  in detail about the operation of the three major sections of the workshop: "Jing  Service", "Jing Public Welfare" and "Jing Fund". The company's director introduced  that the workshop has established the "Jing Fund", which invests 10,000 yuan  annually for public welfare, has invested a total of 30,000 yuan, carried out 225 "Jing Public Welfare" series of activities, helped 23 people in difficulty, and participated in  community governance 57 times. Some key employees have also joined the  community "Six Micro" volunteer service team, regularly participating in grassroots  governance, truly realizing "the road to happiness at the doorstep". 

Hu said that the street will deepen the "government-enterprise-community" linkage  mechanism, use the "Jingkeykey Common Prosperity Workshop" as a link, further  expand the radiation range of the common prosperity workshop, explore  differentiated development paths of "one workshop, one product; one village, one  industry", so that the fruits of common prosperity can benefit more people.

Minister Yang pointed out during the research that "common prosperity workshops"  are an important means to promote the construction of the common prosperity  demonstration zone. We should give full play to the leading role of Party building  and build the workshops into "demonstration points led by Party building, incubators  for enriching the people through industries, and display Windows for cultural  inheritance". He encouraged Saimeihui Company to continue to leverage its  enterprise advantages, innovate its operation model, and contribute more  "Saimeihui power" to the high-quality development and construction of the common  prosperity demonstration zone in Hangzhou.

It is learned that the "Jingkey Common Prosperity Workshop" of Hangzhou Saimeihui  Import and Export Co., Ltd. has been included in the Hangzhou Common Prosperity  Workshop Demonstration Point Cultivation Plan. In the next step, through the  "workshop + brand + market" model, the connotation of the common prosperity  workshop will be further expanded to provide replicable and promotable "Saimeihui  experience" for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and common  prosperity.
